Superalloys

Inconel 718 (958 MPa, stable to 700°C) for turbine components. CoCr (1,213-1,255 MPa) for dental prosthetics and precision surgical instruments.

Expert Material Selection

Choosing the right alloy is as important as the printing process — our material experts match performance requirements to the optimal certified metal.

  • AlSi10Mg: 40% lighter than equivalent steel
  • 17-4 PH: equals forged H13 tool steel performance
  • 316L: superior pitting corrosion resistance
  • Ti6Al4V: ASTM F136 biocompatibility certified
  • Inconel 718: aerospace turbine qualification
  • CoCr: ISO 22674 dental prosthetic certification
